We'd hate to see you go, but you may cancel at any time. You can also downgrade to a smaller plan at any time, which will preserve your data in case you choose to upgrade again. We've made upgrading, downgrading, or canceling just as easy as using Brandweaver.

What am I actually buying?

With your monthly Brandweaver payment you are purchasing the right to use our service. We own the software, you own your data. You can download your data any time you like.

Do I have to install anything?

Absolutely not. Brandweaver is hosted on our secure internet servers. All you need to access Brandweaver is a web browser and an internet connection, which you already have if you're looking at this web page.
